* not to use the property for improper purposes or purposes injurious to the reputation of the Landlord or the Manager or the Estate

* not to encumber with boxes goods cycles prams or other things or otherwise cause an obstruction or leave rubbish or garden refuse anywhere in the common parts of the property or grounds

* only one private taxed & insured motor car in a roadworthy condition to be parked on site in the designated space for the Property

* no commercial vehicles boats or caravans or to be parked on site

* not to use any landscaped area or garden other than for recreational purposes and not to cut or maim or damage or plant any flowers shrubs or trees

* not to hang or shake any clothes or other articles on the outside of the property
